发明名称 METHOD FOR PLATING THE INSIDE CIRCUMFERENTIAL SURFACE OF NUT MEMBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To plate uniformly and satisfactorily a metal on the inside circumferential surface of a nut member by sealing an adequate amt. of glass beads, etc. in the nut member, applying impact force thereto from the outside and subjecting the nut member to shock plating. CONSTITUTION:The inside surface of an adjusting cap nut 1 is cleaned and the lower part thereof is inserted and fixed to a rotating member 12. Respectively adequate amt. of water, glass beads which are a shock medium, various chemicals and metallic powder such as zinc powder are put therein and the aperture at the top end is sealed by capping 13. A rotary disk 10 and a gear shaft 11a are rotationally driven at different numbers of revolutions in the inclined state to exert impact force to the glass beads, etc. The glass beads act uniformly as the impact medium on the inside circumferential surface of the nut 1 and the inside circumferential surface of the nut is uniformly plated with the metal by the combination of the mechanical and physical energy resulted from the impingement and the chemical effect of the chemicals.
