PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, to obtain easy modulation and high frequency and to execute recording with high efficiency by using a semiconductor laser and an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:Impressed voltage and impressed pulse voltage are changed by a signal, the outputted light of a semiconductor laser is changed, and the output of the semiconductor laser which is changed by giving deflection simultaneously is shifted as a recording signal. Then the recording of the signal is executed by contacting a plastic through an optical fiber. Therefore, the high-density recording can be executed without using a lens system, etc., at all. Since the light can be passed through the air, it is not necessary to place a plastic film in the air. When the film is placed in the air or other gasses, inconveniency in such a case that electron beams are used is not observed, the very simple operation is obtained, and there is no need of the system such as vacuum air-discharge. Since the minimization is obtained, it does not take to discharge air in vacuum, and shortening in time is possible. |
