Measuring and regulation system for ventilation installations or similar, where thermal energy, heat, is exchanged between ventilated air and a liquid, preferably water, in at least one of the air ventilation ducts (1) heating battery (3), to which a lead-in (4) and a lead-out (5) for liquid is found and where the flow of air through the duct (1) is designed to be counted from the measured value based upon the air temperature before and after passage of the heating battery (3), the temperature of the liquid before and after passage of the heating battery (3) as well as the flow of liquid through the heating battery (3) with the purpose of being able to preliminarily adjust the flow of air. The measuring and regulation system is characterized by, that the flow of liquid through the heating battery (3) is designed to be regulated by a first ball valve (8), where a register (10) for the regulation of the flow is set up in the flow duct (11) at the ventilator's ball (12) and where the flow can be completely shut off by a ball valve and of, that the flow of liquid through the heating battery (3) is designed to be measured in connection to a second ball vent (9) supplemented to make up a venture-meter, where a throttling (19) is set up in the flow duct (20) at the duct's (9) ball (21). A distinguishing quality is also that the first measurement outlet exists in the form of a measurement duct (22), which at its one end (23) opens into the flow duct (20) on the inside (24) of the throttling (19) and runs through the ball (21), radially directional in this and axially through a the vent housing (25) sealed axle carried out (26) designed for manoeuvring of the ball (21) and where the other measurement outlet exists in the form of one in relation to the flow duct (27) of the vent (9) especially radially directed duct (28) through the vent housing (25). The first and second named outlets are designed to be connected with a measuring tool (33), such as a manometer (33) for the measurement of a pressure difference withdrawn in between, in which the pressure difference forms a measurement of the liquid flow. The first named ball vent (8) is preferably placed in the lead-in line (4) for liquid to the heating battery (3) and the named second ball vent (9) is preferably placed in the lead-out line (5) for liquid to the heating battery (3).<IMAGE> |
