MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WINDING CORE TYPE-TRANS-FORMER WITH AUXILIARY CORE

摘要

A square iron-core is manufactured by cutting an electromagnetic steel plate and stacking it continuously in the loop. A subsidiary core equal to the height of an iron-core is made by piling electromagnetic steel plates which make the first and the second coils by coating an insulator in its circumference. A manufacturing method of an iron-core transformer having this subsidiary core is characterized by connecting perpendicularly the stacking plane of the upper and lower parts to the stacking plane of an iron-core.
