PURPOSE:To enable a sound-proof heat-shielding member to be easily held in a stable condition, by providing a retaining part faced inward in the seamed part of an outer shell, which attaches on its internal surface the sound-proof heat- shielding member, and engaging the retaining part with an engagement part of the sound-proof heat-shielding member. CONSTITUTION:An outer shell 1 attaches on its internal surface an annular sound-proof heat-shielding member 4 formed by containing a heat-resisting binder in glass wool 4, rock wool, etc. In the outer shell 1 and the sound-proof heat- shielding member 4, the outer shell 1 forms in its seamed part 3 a retaining part 5 folding its internal end for the sound-proof heat-shielding member 4. |
