<p>PURPOSE:To detect exactly a color mark, etc. by providing functions for synthesizing irradiated light of a designated wavelength consisting of plural single wavelength light sources and a stage for making the light emitting intensity of the light source variable. CONSTITUTION:Functions for synthesizing illuminating light of designated wavelength by plural single wavelength light sources and a variable means for making the light emitting intensity of the light source variable are provided. A mark sensor photoelectric switch forms a light source of an optional wavelength by mixing single color light of three primary colors of R, G and B from each light source by using each single light source, and a ratio for mixing said single color light is obtained by changing a value of a current flowing to each primary color light source. In this case, the light beams R, G of RLED 1 and GLED 2 are mixed by a half mirror 3, and this mixed light beam is mixed with the light B of BLED 4 by a half mirror 5 of the post-stage, ad emitted from a condensing lens 6. In this way, in the color discriminating ability, the performance is improved remarkably.</p> |
