PURPOSE:To perform secure fixation on forms by providing the 1st and the 2nd temperature detecting means which detect surface temperatures of a heat roll at a common light emission part and a non-common light emission part and controlling the surface temperature of the heat roll within a set temperature range to its overall length. CONSTITUTION:A heater 14 which has long light emission length and a heater 34 which has short light emission length are fixed in parallel; a tungsten filament is put in the quartz glass tube of each heater and a halogen gas is charged in the quartz glass tube. Thermistors 26a and 26b are connected to a controller 40 such as a microcomputer and also connected to the 1st heater 14 and the 2nd heater 34 through solid-state relays 24 and 44. The 1st set temperature T1 and the 2nd set temperature T2 vary according to fitting positions of the 1st thermistor 26a and the 2nd thermistor 26b and are determined for temperature control so that T1<T2. |
