<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having an agitating and mixing effect and a high filtering effect and easy to manufacture, by a method wherein a plurality of cylindrical bodies having a filtering function are arranged in the longitudinal direction, and longitudinal spiral vane bodies provided in theinterior thereof are combined in a specified manner. CONSTITUTION:Elements comrising a cylindrical body and a vane body formed, for example, as one body for the filter are prepared. For example, left and right rotary type elements 1, 2 respectively comprise cylindrical bodies 5, 7 and vane bodies 6, 8 provided in the interior of the bodies 5, 7 and twisted spirally in the longitudinal direction. The vane body 6, 8 bisects the inside radial cross section of the cylindrical body 5, 7, and is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise by 90 deg. in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 5, 7. The elements 1, 2 are alternately arranged, and end edges of the vane bodies 6, 8 are ser to be orthogonal to each other to obtain the filter 15. When the filter is provided while directing the longitudinal direction toward a fluid source, a fluid is passed spirally through a passage partitioned by the cylindrical bodies and the vane bodies, is mixed with a fluid passed through the other passage at the connection points of the elements, and is filtered by the bodies.</p> |
