PURPOSE:To enable to stop two pistonlike electromagnets at an arbitrary position by advancing the electromagnets on the pole of the inner periphery of a cylinder while attracting or repelling the electromagnets in accordance with the polarity switching control. CONSTITUTION:When a current direction to two pistonlike electromagnets 20, 30 is controlled to be switched by a controller 60, the electromagnets 20, 30 are attracted or repelled with the pole of the inner periphery of a cylinder in accordance with the polarity switching control to move axially of the cylinder 11 in a curved shape, and a piston rod 50 secured to the electromagnet 20 is moved. Since the electromagnets 20, 30 are sequentially moved on the pole of the inner peripheral surface 14 of the cylinder, they can be accurately controlled to be positioned, and the movements of the electromagnets can be stopped at the arbitrary position by the stop of the switching control. |
