PURPOSE:To increase the injection amount of a powder and to make a plasma spraying apparatus compact, by providing flame openings to the periphery of the first powder injecting port provided to the center of a burner in a ring shape and forming a plurality of second powder injection orifices and flame openings to the outer periphery thereof in a ring shape. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of flame openings 21, 22 arranged to the burner leading end part of a lance 11 repairing a furnace wall in a plurality of ring shapes and all of them are connected to fuel and oxygen transport pipes. The flame openings 21 are provided to the outer peripheral side from a ring shaped group of powder injection orifices 16 and allowed to open at a part nearest to the outer periphery of the leading end surface of the burner. The flame openings 22 are allowed to open to the leading end surface of the burner in the outer peripheral side from the center powder injection orifice 20 so as to be positioned between the chambers 12, 13 of a header 11 and to pass between radial passages 15. By this structure, the burner interior is utilized entirely and a large number of powder injection orifices 16, 20 can be formed. |
