PURPOSE:To make a molded piece with an insert at the same cycle time with the cycle time of a molded piece without an insert by supplying the insert by the opening and closing force of the mold. CONSTITUTION:The push pins 8, 8' with which the insert S supplied to the side of a movable product-molding section is pushed up to said molding section, and the shaft 5 for pushing said pins in the horizontal direction are built in the movable mold 12. When in mold closing the insert slide 1' is pushed up by the cam block 10 on a disk 11, the insert feed pin 8 moves along the groove of a groove cam 9 to release the lowermost insert S1 and another insert feed pin 8' moves to the right side along the groove cam 9 and supports the insert S2 just on the lowermost one, therefore, the lowermost insert S1 only is dropped and mounted on the push pin 6. |
