PURPOSE:To rapidly and accurately control a DC current by providing two sets of DC power sources, and composing of a power source having high rated output voltage and a power source having low rated output voltage. CONSTITUTION:A fire controller 12B for controlling the second circuit of fire controllers 12A, 12B decides ON or OFF of any GTO according to the face that the difference I between a current reference Iref and a load current Id is positive value or negative value. The controller 12A for controlling the first circuit controls so as not to apply a voltage to a load if the absolute value of the DELTAI is in a range controlled by the voltage value of the second circuit, and control to output a positive voltage when the value of the DELTAI exceeds the positive side threshold value A2 whether the first circuit is used or not and outputs a negative voltage when exceeding the negative side threshold value A1.
