PURPOSE:To decrease the number of operations for change of pages and to shorten the operating time by registering a part of the input items registered to the 1st page of a page type input means with overlap to another page. CONSTITUTION:A key mat type input device 1 contains a page designating part 2 and a key mat type input designating part 3 and select pages with a page selection button 6. Each page is allocated to each company, and each station of a company allocated to the selected page is designated by the part 3. The stations of the own company line having high using frequencies are allocated to the 1st page. At the same time, five specified stations of other companys' lines having high using frequencies are also allotted to the 1st page only with overlap to another page of the relevant company line. This decreases the number of operations for change of pages. For this allocation, the change is possible among pages with push of a station name register button 13.
