PURPOSE:To provide the titled skin material hardly generating wrinkles or slackening, by reducing the difference of a shrink ratio due to color tone by stacking layers comprising the same resin formed in such a way that a surface layer and an intermediate layer are brought to the same color tone and a lower layer is brought to color tone such as a black for making a shrink ratio intermediate. CONSTITUTION:A surface coat layer, an intermediate layer and a lower layer comprising the same resin such as PVC are stacked to constitute a skin material for vacuum molding and the above-mentioned surface coat layer and the intermediate layer are brought to the same color tone while the lower layer is brought to color tone for making a shrink ratio among the shrink ratios of the above-mentioned color tone resins intermediate such as a black, a gray or a blue. By this constitution, the heating temp. of the skin at the time of vacuum molding is made almost constant to enable the enhancement of working efficiency and the generation of wrinkles or slackening, when the above-mentioned skin material is adhered onto a buffer material, is reduced to enhance the quality of a product. |
