PURPOSE:To prepare a raising float capable of quickly charging a hollow molded body with resin powder through air and free from poor charge and unequal charging density by temporally setting a reticulation at the opening of a hollow molded body. CONSTITUTION:The hollow molded body 1 with an charging opening 10 is formed by non-expandable synthetic resin such as glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin. The opening 10 of the hollow molded body 1 is covered temporally with a reticulation 2 such as a wire gauze etc. Then, the charging pipe 30 of expandable thermoplastic resin powder is inserted into the inserting hole 21 of the reticulation 2 and the inner part of the hollow molded body 1 is charged with resin powder P and air. A steam pipe 5 is inserted from the inserting hole 21 into the hollow molded body 1, steam is ejected, inner resin powder P is heated, expanded, and expanded in the hollow molded body 1 and welded integrally to it. Then, reticulation 2 is removed and the opening 10 is closed and sealed with non-expandable resin. |
