CONSTITUTION:Unnecessary matters such as internal organs, etc. are extracted from raw fishes and shellfishes, they are smoked properly so that change in shape of them is prevented, they are treated at high temperature and high pressure, bones and meat of the fishes and shellfishes are sufficiently softened, and they are subjected to seasoning processing and the following processes, to give the desired boiled and dried food. |
