PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor having high strength of a rotor shaft by forming a thick portion of an outside oil drain unit at the inside of a rotor shaft, inserting a copper unit, leading one end to a rotor coil and the other end from a reduced-diameter portion, and connecting to a collector ring. CONSTITUTION:A central hole 5 is formed at a journal portion 7 of a rotor shaft 2, a central slot copper unit 6 is inserted, and connected to a rotor coil 1 via a screw 4 and a copper unit 3. The other end of the unit 6 is connected to a collector ring through a stud 11. The stud 11 is buried with a plurality of oblique holes 16 formed outside of the end face 15 with outside oil drain step of a rotor shaft. Thus, the strength of the shaft 2 can be increased to reduce the size of a motor. |
