PURPOSE:To grasp accurately the faulty state by making the internal time of an information transmitter of station to be controlled coincident with a master clock and adding the accurate time to the state change information at state change by means of the information transmitter of the station to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:The time signal of the master clock 2 is inputted to a CPU1 and used as the internal time of the CPU1 and also inputted to each control station information transmitter TCM5, subject to frequency modulation and transmitted to a transmission line 6. The information transmitter TCR7 of a station to be controlled forms a time correction signal and the time of a clock 76 of each TCR is made coincident. If a state change occurs in power system information 78, the state change information is outputted to a CRT display device 3 and an output typewriter 4 with the state change time. |
