PURPOSE:To obtain the titled nutritent useful for maintaining health, containing an enzyme and various kinds of active ingredients, by blending roasted and powdered unpolished rice flour and yellow flour with green tea powder, adding a KOJI mold to the blend, immersing the blend in a specific vegetable oil. CONSTITUTION:Roasted and powdered unpolished rice flour and yellow flour (soybean flour) are blended with green tea powder, a KOJI mold (e.g., Lactobacillus bifidus, etc.). The powder raw material thus prepared is immersed in a vegetable mixed oil obtained from a sesame oil and soybean oil for about 4 days, an active ingredients in the powder raw material are extracted in the oil, to give the desired nutrient. |
