PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption and heat genertion of a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a wide-band amplifier circuit by providing an attenuating circuit which attenuates an unnecessary high frequency component at the output side of the amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input signal inputted to a terminal 9 is supplied from the input terminal 5 of an IC1 to the wide-band amplifier circuit 3 in the IC1, amplified to a necessary level, and outputted from an active filter 13. The active filter 13 decreases the output level of an unnecessary frequency component and the resulting signal is led out from an output terminal 7. When the output level of the unnecessary frequency component appearing at the output terminal 7 is decreased, the loop gain of the high frequency band decreases even when a positive feedback loop is formed including the capacity 11 between the input terminal 5 and output terminal 7, so that the output level never increases in the unnecessary high frequency band A.
