PRESS WORKED HIGH-BLADE PROPELLER FAN AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of high-blade fan by integrating a plurality of low-blade fan units press worked from thin metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A fan unit having base section 1 in central portion, limited number of vanes around said section 1 and an insertion groove 3 in the blade 2 section is punched from thin board member of aluminum or stainless steel. Then it is restricted to the folding section 4 to produce a low-blade fan A. Then another low-blade fan A having same structure with fan A and such dimension as being fit in the base section 1 is produced. They are fitted each other to insert the blades 2, 2' into insertion groove 3 then integrated through spot welding to produce a high-blade fan having many vanes.
