CRT GRAPHIC DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To calculate the area of a video displayed on a CRT in each color by providing the titled device with an adder and memories and counting up the number of picture cells in one frame. CONSTITUTION:Display data stored in a video memory 2 are converted into serial data by parallel/serial conversion register 3 and the serial data are supplied to a video signal conversion part 4 and a memory 5 as data indicating color in each picture cell. The memory 5 accesses the address of an input and reads out the data. An adder 6 adds +1 to the read-out data and the +1 added data are written in the same address again. Said operation is continued by one frame, so that the total number of picture cells displayed by the same color data is stored in the memory 5. Area data can be found out by reading out the contents of the memory 5.
