PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect a dial number by a low-level signal by obtaining the dial number from the number of signal transitions when the dial signal which is inputted from a telephone set turns on/off. CONSTITUTION:A dial signal 11 which is inputted from a dial 1 of a telephone set is inputted to a transition detection part 2. The transition detection part 2 detects two signal transition when the dial signal turns on/off, and outputs a code 12 of ''1'' and ''0'' for each transition. An output of the transition detction part 2 is inputted to a dial analyzer part 3. The dial analyzer part 3 requires a dial number 13 from the combined numbers of ''0'' and ''1''. An exchange processing part 4 exchanges a telephone-set-side calling path 5 for an opposite-side calling path 6 concerned by the dial nubmer 13 for processing. |
