The invention relates to a process for producing sheets from rubber or rubber-like plastic with an irregularly shaped plastics foam body which is disposed below them and covered with film, in moulds for covering motor vehicle floors and similar components. The essential feature of this process consists in the lower film being predeformed, subsequently placed on the base of the main mould, a reacting foam material being filled onto this and the cover sheet being placed on top.
