A headrest is disclosed which is provided for use in the seats of cars, aeroplanes or the like. In this headrest, support parts of the body of the headrest and a bolt plate with a number of locking grooves are provided so as to be rotatable on an axis of rotation which is arranged between two bars. The bolt plate is rotated when the body of the headset is moved forwards or rearwards and a stop, which is provided in the bars, is made to engage in a desired position in one of the locking grooves in the bolt plate. |
