PURPOSE:To perform a highly precise and high speed processing by converting digitally temp. signals of a thermocouple input signal and a reference contact point respectively, and performing a reference contact point compensation basing on these digitally converted outputs. CONSTITUTION:The thermocouple input signal e1 of a thermocouple 1 is amplified by an amplifier A3 through a terminal (t), and converted to a digital signal by the first A-D converter 31. Simultaneously, a reference contact point temp. of the terminal (t) is detected by a detecting circuit 2, and a reference contact point temp. signal e2 is converted to a digital signal by the second A-D converter 32. An arithmetic circuit 4 composed of a central processing unit such as microcomputer always fetches both these signals e1, e2 and performs a reference point compensation according to plural kinds of a thermocouple scale. That is, since both signals e1, e2 are A-D converted simultaneously, an input processing time can be shortened. |
