PURPOSE:To allow the device to work with its attracting function stabilized at all times despite changing suction force by locating the top of a suction cup seal innermore than the external edge of a ring plate, and thereby securing the inner and outer ends of the suction cup seal fast to said ring plate. CONSTITUTION:Inside a cup frame 4 is given a negative pressure by the suction force applied to a collection pipe, and a suction cup seal 3 is pressed to the surface to be blasted 26. Because here the top 3a of the suction cup seal 3 is located innermore than the external edge 32a of a ring plate 32 furnished at the periphery of said cup frame 4, the inner 3c and outer 3b ends can be fixed to the ring plate side, so that any change in the suction force will not lead easily to collapse of the contact mode to ensure that a stable attracting effect is expected always. In this condition, the blast material is cast from a blasting nozzle into a cup frame 4 to run against the surface to be blasted 26. Thus the intended blasting will be well done. |
