PURPOSE:To produce a molded article easily releasable without coating a mold with a release agent at high productivity, by reacting an isocyanate compound with a polyol in the presence of an adduct of melamine with isocynauric acid in the mold. CONSTITUTION:In reacting an isocyanate compound with a polyol in a mold, 0.3-100pts.wt., preferably 2-30pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. resultant polyurethane resin, adduct particles of melamine with isocyanuric acid are present in the mold. A crystalline compound having about 440 deg.C melting point is used as the adduct prticles of the melamine with the isocyanuric acid. The adduct particles are preferably used by treating the surface thereof, and 0.01-5pts.wt., based on the adduct, surface treating agent is used. |
