PURPOSE:To produce the titled composition having excellent weather resistance, by adding a specific process oil and a hindered amine-type or benzotriazole-type compound to a thermoplastic elastomer which is a block copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.(wt.) of a thermoplastic elastomer (preferably a copolymer of styrene and 1,3-butadiene) comprising a block copolymer containing two or more polymer blocks composed mainly of a vinyl aromatic compound and one or more polymer blocks composed mainly of a conjugated diene and inserted between the above polymer blocks, is compounded with (B) 10-200pts. of a process oil having an ultraviolet absorptivity of <=0.1 at a wavelength of 260nm, and a kinetic viscosity of <=100cst at 40 deg.C, and (C) 0.3-3pts. of a weathering stabilizer composed of a hindered amine-type and/or benzotriazole-type compound. If necessary, the obtained composition is further compounded with 0-120pts. of a polystyrene resin and 0-150pts. of a filler (e.g. calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, etc.) per 100pts. of the composition.
