PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint composed of a blocked isocyanate compound containing a specific amount of polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate and a curing agent containing alicyclic diamine, etc., and capable of forming a thick coating film having smooth surface by baking to a metal, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective one-pack polyurethane paint is produced by compounding (A) a blocked isocyanate obtained by (1) reacting an organic polyisocyanate containing >=60(wt)% polyphenylmethane polyisocyanate with a compound having active hydrogen, and (2) blocking the terminal NCO group of the resultant NCO-terminated prepolymer with a lactam-based blocking agent, with (B) (i) 25-90% alicyclic diamine and (ii) an alkylphenol and/or an OH-containing polyol and/or an amine compound having spiroacetal ring in an amount corresponding to 10-75%. The paint is applied to a metal, etc., and cured at a relatively low temperature, i.e. >=90 deg.C, preferably 100-170 deg.C.
