PURPOSE:To allow each controller to supevise a fault of other controllers independently by designing the system that each controller transmits a data while adding an own device address thereto and each supervises an address of other controllers receiving the data. CONSTITUTION:When the controller 20 is in the transmission mode, the controller 20 transmits a data while adding the address of the own device to other controllers 21-24. The device address of the controller 20 is stored in the controllers 21-24. When the data transmission of the controller 20 is finished, the mode is switched into the transmission mode in the order of the controllers 21- 24 and when the switching is circulated, each controller checks whether all other device addresses are received or not and if any device address not received yet exists, the address is displayed.
