PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and improve a working property by guiding and supporting a pallet among a machining center, etc., and a pallet carrier. CONSTITUTION:In case of operating an automatic pallet exchanging device APC and transferring a pallet 10 on a pallet carrier 11 to a machining center MC, when each guide 23 is moved in a direction of B by rotating a pinion 26 by means of a motor, the guide is guided and supported in its stepped part 23d by a pallet guide 31 on the pallet carrier 11, and allowed to enter under the lower surface of a side part of the pallet 10 and move to the neighbourhood of an MC table 32. When, with this situation, a pallet loader 14 is operated to expand a piston rod 15a of a cylinder device, the pallet 10 is guided by the guide 23, moved to a front end position thereof, and transferred onto the MC table 32. In such a way, a shape of a splash guard can be also simplified as well as a working property can be improved.
