PURPOSE:To constitute so that an erroneous insertion preventing groove to be provided on the outside surface of a cartridge functions for releasing in a closed cover lock of a front cover, too, by providing an erronous insertion detecting member. CONSTITUTION:A part to be pressed 16 of a front cover locking tool 12 is made to face an erroneous insertion preventing groove 11 formed on the outside surface of a cartridge case 1, and when it is loaded normally in a deck, an erroneous insertion preventing and detecting member 13 of the deck side is led into the erroneous insertion preventing groove 11 and the part to be pressed 16 is pressed, so that a closed lock of a front cover 5 by the front cover locking tool 12 is released by this pressing action. Accordingly, the erroneous insertion detecting part 13 of the deck side is provided with a function of an operating member for releasing the closed lock of the front cover 5, too, therefore, it is unnecessary to provide separately a lock release operating member of the front cover on the deck side. Also, in the cartridge case 1 side, the number of pieces of formation of a groove to the surface of the case can be reduced, a strength lowering of the case can be prevented, the also a case forming metallic die can be simplified.
