PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of the melt scattered by laser sorking by sticking a soln. onto the surface of a working material to form a film layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:Any an aq. soln. of corn starch, an alcohol soln. of corn starch or a soln. mixture composed of an epoxy resin and ''Trietholone'' liquid or the like is uniformly sprayed on the surface of a ceramic base plate or metallic plate 1 and is dried to form a film layer 2 to 5-50mum thickness. Desired slit grooves 3 are formed on the surface by laser working after formation of said layer 2. The film layer around the slit grooves is carbonized by the heat in this stage and a melt 4 scatters atop the same. The surface is cleaned by wet sand blasting after cooling by which the melt is washed away together with the carbonized film. |
