PURPOSE:To obtain easily the titled rubber band having about a U-shaped connecting piece, by a method wherein synthetic resin is made into a specific shape through wherein synthetic resin is made into a specific shape through injection molding on a predetermined position of a rubber belt and the rubber belt is cut off at the predetermined position after a molded article has been adhered and molded to the rubber belt. CONSTITUTION:A rubber belt 1 is mounted on a base stand G and a molding tool 8 of an injection molding machine is arranged on a position at predetermined intervals (a position at mounting intervals of a globe box). Then about an I-shaped molded article 2 consisting of an adhesion part 3 to be adhered to the foregoing rubber belt 1 on the position at the predetermined intervals by making injection molding of thermoplastic or thermosetting synthetic resin such as polypropylene by the injection molding machine and a protruded part 3 extending in a longitudinal direction of the rubber belt by protruding from the rubber belt 1 is formed. Then the desired rubber band is obtained by arranging a cutter 9 in the direction of width of the rubber belt 1 and cutting in order the rubber belt at a part of symmetrical shaft in the direction of the width of the rubber belt 1 in each molded article 2. |
