PURPOSE:To prevent mixing of air and to improve mixing effect by evacuating a mixing vessel and giving oscillatory movement to a flexible bottom of the mixing vessel. CONSTITUTION:An invertible oscillating frame 2 is supported by a fixing frame 1, and a mixing machine C constructed with a freely flexible bottom part 10 and a rigid upper part 25 is installed to the fixing frame 2. Mixing is performed by giving oscillatory movement to the bottom of the freely flexible part 10 by an oscillating mechanism B. In this oscillation mixer, the opening of the rigid pat and/or the oscillating frame 2 is sealed tightly with sealing materials 34, 21 such as gasket. An evacuating mechanism comprising a vacuum pump V, vacuum hose 23, etc. is connected, and mixing is performed in vacuum. As the result, mixing of air is prevented, and mixing effect is enhanced. |
