PURPOSE:To facilitate shortening of a pitch of clampers by a simple device, by a method wherein a protrusion protruding toward the opposite side to a long link side is provided on a short link and a connecting component with the protrusion is provided at a tip end of a shortened pitch section continuing to the longest clampers' pitch section. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 36 protruding toward the opposite side to a long link side is provided on a short link 19 and a beginning end position of a shortened pitch section B is provided with a connecting component 38 connecting with the protrusion 36. The protrusion 36 is pressed to the long link side (Y-direction) by the side 38a of a fixed plate 38 according to the movement of the protrusion 36 in a direction X and a shape of the fixed plate 38, a tilting angle of the side 38a and a length of the protrusion 36 are determined so that a crossing angle PSI between the short link 19a and a short link 19b becomes less than 170 deg..
