PURPOSE:To avoid program runaway by executing a program after stored data of a program storage memory is transferred to a read/write memory at first and its propriety is checked to check improper contact. CONSTITUTION:The content of a control operation program 13b of a program storage memory 13 is transferred to the read/write memory 12 at first. Then data corresponding to the program storage memory 13 and the read/write memory 12 are read sequentially further, contents of the both are compared to check whether they are checked or not. As a result of the check, when all data are coincident, the execution of a check program is finished, a processor unit 11 executes the substantial control program. When there is dissidence, the dissident instruction is stored, the number of a PROM chip is displayed and stopped and then the check is taken over by the operator. |
