PURPOSE:To secure space economization by detecting the position of an air mix door by the printed resistor on a printed circuit board installed onto the gear of the output shaft of a motor actuator and the contact pieces fixedly installed inside the actuator. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 12 having contact pieces 12a-12c is installed inside a motor actuator 3. An arm 5 and a gear 13 are installed onto the output shaft 4 of the motor actuator 3, and a printed circuit board 14 having a resistor 14a for position detection and copper foil 14b-14d printed is installed onto the gear 13. The output shaft 4 and the arm 5 are turned through the gear 13 by the motor of the motor actuator 3, and an air mix door is turned. The contact pieces 12a-12c of the printed circuit board 12, resistor 14a of the printed circuit board 14, and copper foil 14b and 14c contact in slidable ways and position detection is performed. Therefore, the position of the air mix door can be certainly detected, securing space economization. |
