PURPOSE:To turn a small rolled material smoothly by arranging rotation shafts in two rows at right angles to the direction of carrying, and at the same time, providing plural rolls that can be driven separately. CONSTITUTION:The device is so constituted that rolls 6A..., 8A... are driven and rotated independently by a driving device, for instance, a motor 5. When turning a rolled material 3 on the rolls 6A..., 8A..., rotation reverse to the direction of rotation of rolls 6A, 6B.... Then, the rolled material is turned. Thus, a small rolled material is turned, without suffering from a bad influence due to the shape of rolls as formerly the case.
