PURPOSE:To make usability comfortable, to develop manifestly a sufficient function, and to provide a maintenance function by placing a spherical body which is abutted on a screw and rolled on the joint of a nonflush stool connected with an agitated tank. CONSTITUTION:Since an exhaust fan 29 at the end of an exhaust pipe 15 is always operated in a fermenter 12 to evacuate and aerate, aspirating negative pressure is exerted to a liquid storage part 26 in the fermenter 12. Since the aspirating negative pressure is also exerted on a compost 13, the fermentation gas over the compost or the external air taken in from a connecting cylinder 11 through an external air suction port 23 and an vent port 24 in a driving chamber 10 and heated by a reversible motor 20, or the external air intruding from a nonflush stool 4 through slits is sucked and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe 15. Accordingly, the stored fermented compost 13 is forcibly dried and maintained at about 60% water content, and the fermentation proceeds smoothly.
