PURPOSE:To certainly detect the position of an air mix door by using a small- sized apparatus by electrically detecting said position by the resistor on a printed circuit board, thus avoiding the necessity of installing a position detector separately from a motor actuator. CONSTITUTION:An arm 5 and a gear 12 are installed onto the output shaft 4 of a motor actuator 3, and three contact pieces 13 are installed onto the gear 12. A printed circuit board 15 having copper foil 15a-15c for limitter, resistor 15d for position detection, and copper foil 15e printed is installed inside the motor actuator 13 so as to be attached with the contact piece 13. When the gear 12 is revolved by a motor, the output shaft 4 and the arm 15 turn to turn an air mix door, and the contact piece 13 installed onto the gear 12 slides on the printed circuit board 15, and position detection and limitter operation are executed. Therefore, the position of the air mix door can be detected certainly by using a small-sized apparatus. |
