PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material whose quality is stabilized and granulation ratio is high without generating deterioration even if the material is of weak heat resistance type, by a method wherein along with heating of a liquid molding material and a fibrous filler within granulation tank under a decompressed state they are agitated by a rotary blade while they are being deaerated. CONSTITUTION:After a liquid molding material such as a liquid resol type phenolic resin precondensate and a fibrous filler such as a liquid molding material have been loaded into a granulation tank 1, to begin with, decompression is started through actuation of a vacuum pump 6. In succession to the above, the inside of a granulation tank 1 is kept at a decompression state by action of a vacuum control valve 7, and then the desired material is obtained further, by agitating the liquid molding material and the fibrous filler and granulating them on drying by a rotation of a rotary blade 2 while a jacket 9 is being heated through a heating medium and deaerated by action of the vacuum pump 6. EFFECT:Productivity can be improved under a state wherein consumption of heatenergy is reduced and a drying period is shortened. |
