PURPOSE:To realize a data processing a system in which circuit analysis of a nonlinear circuit is attained in high speed by using an information processing unit provided with an array/vector processor. CONSTITUTION:An address setting a value Gi and a negative value -Gi of each element is set to an element value table 5 at first. Then an address of an element value (polarity must be considered) contributed to each matrix element (aij) is set to an index table 6 according to the formularization. Then, (A) the value is calculated as to nonlinear elements and the value is set to an element value table 5. Then (B), the element values are collected from the index table 6 and the total sum is obtained for the aij. Furthermore, (C) the matrix is calculated. Then the convergence is decided and the step is returned to the step A. The procedures A-C above are repeated for calculation.
