PURPOSE:To radiate the heat generated by vibrations of a bimorph vibrator with high efficiency and the to increase the level of the dielectric strength, by attaching a composite resonator to a circular projected part of a metallic attachment stage having a through hole. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric magnetic vibrator 1 and a metallic vibrating plate 2 are bonded together to form a bimorph vibrator. A metallic resonator 4 is attached to the center part of the bimorph oscillator via a coupling shaft 3 to obtain a composite resonator. A metallic attachment stage 11 contains a circular projected part 11a at its center part as well as one or more numbers of through hole 11b at the side of the part 11a. The composite resonator is fixed to the part 11a via an elastic adhesive 6. Then both the stage 11 and the composite resonator are stored into a case 14 having a through hole 14a. In such a constitution, the heat generated by vibrations of the bimorph vibrator can be radiated with high efficiency. This increases the level of the dielectric strength. |
