PURPOSE:To rationalize temperature keeping operation and secure hot-water, whose temperature is suitable for bathing, by a method wherein the temperature distributing condition of water in a bathtub is held uniform by restricting heat dissipating loss as small as possible by a pump intermittent operation means. CONSTITUTION:In a bathtub water heating device, in which the bathtub water is circulated by a pump 3 between a heat source equipment 1 and the bathtub 2, the pump intermittent operation means 4, outputting an operating command to the pump 3 in accordance with a condition that the temperature distribution of water in the bathtub 2 becomes ununiform and releasing said operation command in accordance with the condition that said temperature distribution of water becomes uniform, is provided. As a result, the condition in which the temperature of reserved hot-water in the bathtub 2 becomes ununiform may be avoided and the hot-water in the bathtub is held in a condition that bathing is permitted at any time immediately. Further, the hot-water is not circulated forcibly at all times but only at necessary time, therfore, the heat dissipating loss and electric power consumption, caused by the circulation of the hot-water, may be restricted as small as possible, the running cost of the bathtub may be saved and it may be operated economically. |
