<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the power of an engine by increasing the field current only when the vehicle is decelerating. CONSTITUTION:A regulator 7 normally controls the field current of a field winding 2 in response to the voltage supplied to a relay coil RL through a relay switch SW3. When a vehicle decelerates, a deceleration detector 8 generates an high level output voltage to excite a relay coil RL3 by a drive circuit 10, thereby setting the swtich SW3 to OFF. Thus, since a voltage is supplied through a resistor R1 to the coil RL1, the set voltage rises. Even when the magnitude of an electric load 6 is the prescribed value or higher, the high level output voltage is generated from a load level detector 9, and the field current similarly increases.</p> |
