<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate abnormal rise of an output voltage by connecting an auxiliary transistor which conducts when the output is higher than the reference voltage so as to operate a voltage regulator in parallel with a field coil. CONSTITUTION:When the output voltage produced at an output coil 1 is the reference voltage or lower of a Zener diode 17, a transistor 7 conducts, an output voltage is raised so that the diode 17 conducts. Then, the transistor 7 is interrupted to control the current to a field coil 3. When the output voltage reaches slightly higher voltage than the reference voltage of the diode 17, a Zener diode 25 is conducted to conduct a transistor 9, thereby shortcircuiting the coil 3. Thus, an abnormal rise of the output voltage of a generator can be prevented.</p> |
