<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate a synthetic resin fastener embedded in a tape as a new synthetic resin fastener to be embedded in a tape by a method wherein the synthetic resin fastener embedded in the tape is returned again into the material supply hopper of an injection molding machine and mixed with new colorless synthetic resin chips. CONSTITUTION:The chopper 10 for cut runners, cut sprues, etc. at the neighborhood of the cutter 9 for runners, sprues, etc. and the phase device 13 for chopped pieces are provided at the neighborhood of the delivery device 8 of a molded fastener chain located just beneath the mold, the transfer passage 18 of this phase device is opened to the material supply hopper 20 on the material mixing hopper 19 fitted to the injection molding machine, while cut and chopped chips and new colorless thermoplastic synthetic resin chips are supplied into the material supply hopper 20. In the injection molding machine 1, the above chips are mixed, thermoplastic synthetic resin free from discoloration and uniform in quality is embedded in the fastener tape 6 to perform a continuous production of thermoplastic synthetic slide fastener chains.</p> |
