PURPOSE:To permit the precise regulation and quick feeding of chucking device by engaging an outer housing having a fine regulator mechanism with an inner housing holding the chucking device in a movable manner by a rack and a pinion. CONSTITUTION:In the inner housing 10 of a chucking device 4 fixed to a frame 2, a rack 10B in the axial direction is provided, and a chucking device 6 is rotatably supported inside in a movable manner toward the axial direction. The outer housing 12 is held on the inner housing 10 in a movable manner toward the axial direction in relation to the inner housing 10. A fine regulator shaft 24 is turned to turn slightly a worm wheel 23 through a worm 25, the shaft 20 is slightly moved to the axial direction to move the chucking device 6, and thereby the widthwise position of the plate cylinder 1 is precisely adjusted. When a quick sending shaft 16 is turned, the chucking device 6 with the outer housing 12 can be quickly moved through the engagement of the pinion 13 and the rack 10B.
